Welcome

Many years ago, I found a rather large piece of steel pipe and built my own smoker. Had no idea what I was doing, but started getting to where I didn't have to call for pizza delivery as often. 

Over the years, I have been busy in my kitchen laboratory and have developed some incredible BBQ sauces and rubs.
